By participating in this survey, you’ll help shape how we support financing options for climate-friendly solutions like solar panels, energy-efficient windows, and appliances.

How to Participate

  2. Before completing the survey, fill out your name and the phone number associated with your primary account for a chance to win one of five $100 gift cards!

  4. Answer questions about energy costs, severe weather, home improvements, etc. You can share insights about yourself or your household’s financial decisions.

    Important: Your name and phone number will NOT be linked to your survey responses. The name and number are used simply for the chance to win one of five $100 VISA Gift Cards. The survey is entirely confidential and anonymous.

Survey Details

  • SaverLife, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving financial health, will record your responses but will not have access to any personally identifying information.

  • Completing the survey is voluntary and will not affect the services you receive from Border FCU.

  • The anonymous survey results will be grouped and shared with Border FCU to help us better understand our members’ needs.
