Form must be completed and signed by a member of Border Federal Credit Union
Include detailed letter explaining request
Include your organization's IRS 501(c)(3) form if registered
Request that benefit the community in general are giving top priority
Requests submitted by the 15th of the month will be considered during the current month. Responses will be sent out by the 28th of each month.

Please print or type. Incomplete applications will not be processed.
In an effort to fulfill as many requests as possible, BFCU will only honor 1 request per individual/organization per calendar year.
BFCU Member(s) in good standing may submit request.
A minimum of three weeks should be allowed to process the request.
All donations must include a detailed letter explaining your request.
Include your organization’s IRS 501(c) (3) form if registered.
Requests for donations supporting religious or political events and issues will not be considered.
Requests that benefit the community in general are given top priority.
