Donation Policy


  • Form must be completed and signed by a member of Border Federal Credit Union

  • Include detailed letter explaining request

  • Include your organization's IRS 501(c)(3) form if registered

  • Request that benefit the community in general are giving top priority

  • Requests submitted by the 15th of the month will be considered during the current month. Responses will be sent out by the 28th of each month.

Donation/Sponsorship Request Form

  • Please print or type. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

  • In an effort to fulfill as many requests as possible, BFCU will only honor 1 request per individual/organization per calendar year.

  • BFCU Member(s) in good standing may submit request.

  • A minimum of three weeks should be allowed to process the request.

  • All donations must include a detailed letter explaining your request.

  • Include your organization’s IRS 501(c) (3) form if registered.

  • Requests for donations supporting religious or political events and issues will not be considered.

Requests that benefit the community in general are given top priority.
